red sweater at 90%
that's the progress as of this morning. please pardon the odd layout; i couldn't find one single well lit surface in the entire house except for that chair. anyway, not much left to knit. another two inches of hem ribbing before i send it to indianapolis. no blocking.
last week at java station:
susie with sour cream chocolate chip bundt cake
baked just hours before knit group
erin with caravel ice cream cake
two cakes: one for birthday, one for farewell, both for erin. it was a fun evening until i worked myself in a foul mood.
i've been watching the zimmermann videos again hoping to get an idea of what to knit next. it's been a long time since i last played these tapes, two years or so. i just realized how much of my language is influenced by ez. my knitting habits, too. i'd be a worthless knitter today if it wasn't for zimmermann.
here's something i bet zimmermann would appreciate.
