two things i really wanted, don't deserve, but was graciously given for christmas:

per my request, he also ordered a real tuesday weld cd but it is universally out of stock. how very sad. if you happen to own a copy of where psyche meets cupid, please consider selling it to me.
this next present took me completely by surprise. i got to open it last night.
that's burgess leaning against my christmas present from g. she should have crossed me off her christmas list last month when she gave me her old ipod. how very grateful i am. my very first lomo, i can't wait to mess with it!
as for giving, i am a total scrooge this year. mostly because i have not been feeling very well. i have always been anti giving when it's expected. it has only gotten worse as i get older. yet i still love to receive, for christmas and otherwise. i don't think i will ever grow out of the hypocrisy.
anyway, i hope you had a fine christmas, presents and all!

Burgess is a gorgeous darling, and I'm glad you had a happy Christmas. :) (I was the same way this year; I claim that late presents Extend the Gifty Joyousness, but I got all of *my* pressies on time and enjoyed them hugely, so now I feel like a bad friend, argh... or I would feel like that if I weren't lazy and occupied with my own presents. ~sigh~)
