I had the same problem when I lived in Chicago! They kept saying that it was illegal for the planes to fly between the skyscrapers but they did it anyway. argh!!! Sorry about yesterday evening. I ended up bribing our testing center guys with chocolate so they would accept and process my exam in time for my students today (it was technically 40 minutes past their cut-off time but who's counting?).
