i took up g's offer back in august and we made a trip to the hammer. even though the museum was lackluster, the gift shop was the best i've ever seen. i got loads of ideas for fun craft projects. these got me thinking about more toy knitting:
this last one has nothing to do with knitting. just a lot of sheep. i really liked the mobile, particularly the black sheep.
my nephew lent me their cd back in april. it is the best of all the new music he has introduced to me. anyway, you can see the sweaters for yourself. wish i could have experienced that performance in person.
never mind the granny squares, look at the sweater. how do you like the yoke job? definitely worth ripping off to me. if i can figure out how it's done.
so nice to be knitting again. i have a boat load of ideas for hats and i'm trying to put some of it to good use. anyway, how do you like the shameless branding? i'm sending this particular hat to a total stranger in alaska. if the craziness in my head works out, i just might pick up where knitkid left off.
